Refund & Returns Policy

At Little Fellows, every storybook is carefully customized and printed exclusively for your child. We take great pride in delivering high-quality, personalized products. Because of the custom nature of our books, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed and successfully paid for, our team immediately begins processing and customizing your storybook.
Please ensure all details such as the child’s name, age, and other inputs are correct at checkout.


2. Return Policy (Damaged Orders Only)

We accept returns only if the product is damaged during transit or arrives in unacceptable condition.

If your product arrives damaged, you must request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Return requests raised after 3 days cannot be accepted.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

To process a damaged/defective product claim, you must provide the following:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video clearly showing the damage

  • Images of the damaged area

  • Short description of the issue

You must return the damaged item within 3 days along with the required proof.

Once verified, we will approve the return or replacement.


4. Incorrect Item or Misprint

If you receive:

  • A wrong book

  • A misprinted page

  • Incorrect customization

  • Printing errors

Please report it within 3 days of delivery with photos and an unboxing video.

We will reprint and resend the corrected book at no additional cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customer input errors (wrong name, age, gender, selections, etc.)

  • Orders placed by mistake

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Normal print variations in color tones (minor differences may occur)

  • Products returned without proof of damage

All books are personalized, so non-damaged products cannot be returned or refunded.


6. Exchange / Replacement Timeline

Once your damaged/defective return request is verified and approved, we will:

  • Process the replacement

  • Dispatch the new book within 3 days of approval

You will receive a tracking link once the replacement is shipped.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The product cannot be replaced

  • Wrong item received and customer opts for refund

  • Severe manufacturing defects

Once your refund request is verified and approved:

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 6–7 days.


8. Cancellation Policy

Since all products are custom-made, cancellations are allowed only if:

  • The order is still in processing

  • The book has not entered the printing stage

Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible.


9. How to Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund

To raise a request, please contact our support team and share:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.


10. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our process or legal requirements.
